Stay YOUR heart healthy

Let's come and have a talk about Keep-ing FIT yourself. Well, managing your weight can be a challenge when you only have yourself to think about. So called Nothing is impossible, if your decision is firm and final. :) If you got "heart" want to achieve your lasting weight loss success. First step... try yourself develop a healthier "relationship" with food..Let's say, If you EAT MORE calories than you burn then you GAIN WEIGHT. If you eat less calories than you burn, sure your weight lose.2nd, If you really remember that you want to lose weight, Please make sure you promise to eat well and move more. Got time then go do EXERCISE (jogging) . Just do it slowly over time if you really can can't DO IT.
3rd, important point also >< Always remember that you have to control of your eating. Please say NO to "meat food" (temporary), keep yourself in healthy food such as vegetables & fruits.Try your best choose not to eat FRIED FOOD, DESSERTS, BURGER, etc**

Hey all young people out there!! Please do always remember yourself "Eat healthy and stay healthy"
